Honda's SH scooters stand for a relaxed, upright seating position and a flat floor. The SH350i combines this concept with 21.5 kW of output, which means that besides the city, bypasses and motorway sections can also be handled well; the top speed is 134 km/h.
According to Honda, the scooter covers the first 200 metres from a standstill in 10.2 seconds. The engine offers plenty of torque in the low and mid-range, which helps when pulling away in city traffic.
Engine, chassis and safety technology
The liquid-cooled engine with an overhead camshaft and four valves meets the Euro 5+ emissions standard, and the tank holds 9.1 litres. It sits in a steel underbone frame; at the front there is a 35 mm telescopic fork, at the rear two shock absorbers.
Braking front and rear is by disc brakes with ABS. The HSTC traction control watches over rear-wheel grip and can be switched off; its status appears on the LCD display.
Equipment, versions and driving licence
The Honda Smart Key can stay in your pocket; with it, you lock and unlock the helmet compartment and the top box. A full-face helmet fits under the seat, and a USB-C socket in the storage compartment charges your smartphone. The lighting is entirely LED, including the indicators.
The Honda SH350i is available as the Smart Top Box and the Sporty Smart Top Box, each in model years 2025 and 2026. With 21.5 kW, it is below the 35 kW limit; you ride it with a restricted category A driving licence, which is known as A2 in the EU.
