Character and riding position of the cruiser
Honda specifies a seat height of 710 mm. Compared with the earlier version, the handlebar is mounted 28 mm further back and 12 mm higher, the footpegs sit 50 mm further forward and the seat is 10 mm thicker.
This ergonomic layout is designed for relaxed riding, for example on longer rides across country. The tank holds 13.6 litres, top speed is 160 km/h, and a round LED headlight with a diameter of 175 mm defines the front.

Engine, DCT and electronics
The 1084 cc inline twin produces 65 kW and delivers 98 Nm of torque. Honda cites a higher compression ratio and a heavy flywheel, and according to the manufacturer the engine delivers more power in the low to mid-range.
Alongside the manual gearbox there is a six-speed dual clutch transmission (DCT) that shifts automatically. It offers the Drive and Sport shift modes as well as a manual mode and, according to Honda, makes smooth pulling away and manoeuvring easier.
The electronic throttle enables the riding modes Standard, Sport and Rain plus a user mode. The equipment also includes HSTC traction control, wheelie control, a USB-C socket and a 5-inch TFT display that supports Honda RoadSync.
