Character and use of the NX500
The rally-style fairing with a tall screen keeps the wind off on cross-country rides. A 19-inch front wheel, a Showa SFF-BP upside-down fork measuring 41 mm and 180 mm of ground clearance make farm tracks and gravel roads easy to ride.
The seat height is 830 mm, and the dimensions are compact. The tank holds almost 18 litres, which also allows longer tours without frequent fuel stops.

Engine, E-Clutch and technology
The 471 cc twin-cylinder produces 35 kW and 43 Nm, and top speed is 165 km/h. A six-speed gearbox handles the gear changes. The HSTC traction control can be switched off for gravel sections.
New is the Honda E-Clutch: pulling away, changing gear and stopping work without the clutch lever, using only the gear lever. If you want to operate the clutch yourself, select manual operation in the 5-inch colour TFT display. Via Honda RoadSync you connect the display to your smartphone.
Variants and driving licence
In stock are the Honda NX500 without E-Clutch from the 2024 model year and the NX500 E-Clutch from the 2026 model year. Both versions produce 35 kW and therefore match category A restricted.
Who is the NX500 for?
The NX500 is suitable for new riders who want a versatile motorcycle right from the start for commuting, weekend tours and the occasional gravel road. Experienced riders looking for a manageable adventure motorcycle with wind protection are also in the right place.
With the E-Clutch, pulling away in city traffic and on hills above all becomes more relaxed, because you can concentrate fully on throttle and brake.
